I hated yoga for so many years: it was simply boring to me.

Sailing, Pilates, Biking, Skiing, Stand-up paddleing, playing Golf, Rollerblading, Swimming, Snorkeling,.. were in my wibes. 

Then I discovered Vinyasa (dynamic) Yoga and I started sweating and being challenged on the mat much more than anywhere else.

Finally, I realized how my life, career and sporting were positivelly affected by yoga practice and how everthing is connected
